Things are morphing out of control...

Yes it is sad from the Artist/Studio perspective but nevertheless... gone soon will be the profits obtained from CD sales and Theatre Tickets (which have obviously diminished considerably already). When I read (online of course) a story about a woman jailed for "sharing" 24 mp3's via a peer to peer site or better yet this... I am saddened and disgusted. Yes you deserve to be compensated for your hard work and expenses, Yes you deserve to be in charge of how your material is distributed. No, you do not have the right to selectively choose an example in your attempts to scare off the tens of millions who enjoy your hard work without dishing out hard cash. Everyone is doing it, the "problem" is not going to go away, you certainly are going to spend more in legal fees than you can obtain by suing the average joe downloader.

That being said...

Thanks for sharing - I'm glad we all have different tastes LOL I guess I'm trying to say nicely, this is one I wouldn't steal :)

The whole downloading scene really is a problem, but I don't know what the answer is.
